Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to services provided by Tradeshow & Marketing Services, L.L.C. By engaging our tradeshow, exhibit, and marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Agreements
Specific deliverables, timelines, booth specifications, and performance goals for tradeshow exhibits, event marketing campaigns, logistics, and related services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). These terms apply generally to all engagements with Tradeshow & Marketing Services.
2. Client Obligations
To ensure successful show execution, you agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, including brand guidelines, product information, approved graphics, show registration details, and venue requirements. Delays in providing these materials may impact production schedules, shipping windows, and on-site readiness.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices for exhibit fabrication, event marketing, staffing, and logistics services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. Tradeshow & Marketing Services, L.L.C. reserves the right to pause production, marketing activities, or on-site support for overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
Any exhibit designs, marketing materials, signage files, or event reports generated by Tradeshow & Marketing Services, L.L.C. specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. Tradeshow & Marketing Services, L.L.C. retains rights to its proprietary tools, production methodologies, templates, and pre-existing creative assets.
5. Third-Party Platforms & Venues
We coordinate with show organizers, venues, freight carriers, and technology vendors to deliver services. You acknowledge that use of third-party facilities and platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Tradeshow & Marketing Services, L.L.C. is not liable for venue restrictions, union rules, or organizer policy changes outside our reasonable control.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Tradeshow dates, shipping deadlines, and fabrication timelines are binding once production begins. Cancellation or rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees, will be defined in your SOW or project agreement.
